Forms of payments vary from study to study. Sometimes we pay with cash or checks, but most often with prepaid/loaded Visa cards, which have an expiration date of no less than two months and no more than six months. Method of payment is determined both by our clients and Nichols Research.
In the past we paid with checks but found that some respondents did not have checking accounts and were paying check cashing fees to access their incentive. The prepaid Visa cards also offer the option of checking balance and transaction history online at: (https://www.prepaidcardstatus.com)
