Personal information provided to Nichols Research is confidential and is combined with information gathered from other survey participants and shown in aggregate unless otherwise specified.
If personal information is ever to be included in the research findings, we always inform you, provide you the choice to opt-out and ensure that the information is treated with the strictest of confidence.
Nichols Research adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We protect the personally identifiable information of our research participants. To this end, we ask for your express permission to provide our client(s) with your first name, to be used only in combination with the information that you otherwise provide NR during the qualification screening for a research project, and with recordings of the actual research, if applicable. Additionally, you will be given the opportunity to use an alias in lieu of your first name (if preferred), and if, at any time, you would like to know what personal information of yours that Nichols Research has securely stored in our proprietary opt-in database, or if you would like to update or delete any of your data; you may request either, to which we will respond within 30-days.
